Who earns Bidvana Rewards?
Every signed-in account earns 1% back on eligible purchases. Your account and Bidvana Rewards are free. No separate membership is needed.
When is my credit available?
Rewards are pending after payment and become available when the item’s three-day return window closes. That window starts when the item is delivered, not when you order. You can see pending rewards and available credit in your account.
Can I use my rewards sooner?
You can choose to bank rewards early from your order page. This makes them available as store credit and permanently closes the return window for that item. If you prefer to keep your return window, do nothing and your rewards will become available automatically when it closes.
What does the return window cover?
The three-day return window starts at delivery and covers inaccurate condition descriptions or inspection reports. It does not cover changes of mind. Final-sale items are marked as such before you buy.
Do final-sale items earn rewards?
Yes. A final-sale item earns rewards like anything else. It simply cannot be returned or adjusted after purchase, and it says so before you buy.
